Are F. products suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Every F. product is formulated for all skin types and is unisex by design. Whether you have oily, dry, combination, sensitive or normal skin — there is an F. product for you. We recommend doing a 24-hour patch test before first use if you have very sensitive skin.
Are F. products really paraben-free, vegan and cruelty-free?

100%. Every single F. product contains no parabens, no animal-derived ingredients and has never been tested on animals. These are non-negotiable standards for us — not marketing claims. You can find the full ingredient list for every product on its individual page.
Are F. products suitable for men as well?

Absolutely. F. is a unisex brand by design. Every formula, every product and every ingredient is chosen without gender in mind. Skin concerns like acne, dryness, dark spots and sun damage affect everyone equally — and so do our solutions.
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?

Most F. products are pregnancy-safe as they are paraben-free and free from harsh chemicals. However, the Radiance Night Cream contains Retinol, which is generally not recommended during pregnancy. We always recommend consulting your doctor before introducing new skincare during pregnancy.
How long does each product last?

Face washes (120ml) typically last 6 to 8 weeks with twice-daily use. Scrubs (60ml) used 2 to 3 times per week typically last 8 to 10 weeks. The Tinted Sunscreen (60ml) used daily lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks. The Night Cream (50g) used nightly typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

How do I place an order?

Tap the “Order Now” button on any product page — it opens WhatsApp with your order pre-filled. We confirm your order within 1 hour, ask for your delivery address and send you a total. You pay on delivery when your order arrives.
Can I order multiple products together?

Yes — and you save more when you do. Choose any 2 products and save Rs. 100. Choose any 3 products and save Rs. 150. The Trio Box comes with free delivery. Visit our Bundles & Deals page to see all available combinations.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Bank Transfer. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. You do not need to pay anything upfront — simply confirm your order on WhatsApp and pay when it arrives.
Do you have promo codes or discounts?

Yes — promo codes are occasionally shared via our Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. You can enter your code on any individual product page before placing your order. Bundle discounts (Rs. 100 off 2 products, Rs. 150 off 3 products) are automatic and do not require a code.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Lahore: same day or next day delivery. Rest of Punjab: 2 to 3 business days. Karachi, Islamabad and other major cities: 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. We dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours.
Is delivery free?

Free delivery is available within Lahore and on orders above Rs. 3,000 nationwide. The F. Trio Box also comes with free delivery regardless of order value. For all other orders, a standard shipping fee applies depending on your location.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan via courier. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us on WhatsApp at 0301-8004155 and we will confirm immediately.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your parcel in real time. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp for an update on your order status.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it immediately at no cost. To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the item.
What if I have a reaction to a product?

Discontinue use immediately and rinse the affected area with cool water. We always recommend a 24-hour patch test before using any new skincare product. If you have a persistent reaction, please consult a dermatologist. Message us on WhatsApp — we will do our best to help and find you a more suitable product from our range.
