All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp within 1 hour of being placed (9am to 9pm daily). Once confirmed, orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 9pm are processed the next morning. We dispatch every weekday and Saturday. Sunday dispatches may be delayed by one business day.

Once your order is dispatched, we send your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website in real time.

If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, message us at 0301-8004155 and we will check immediately.

Every F. order is packed with care in our signature eco-wrap. We use protective materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We are committed to minimising packaging waste — our packaging is recyclable wherever possible.

If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, the courier will typically try again the next business day or leave a notice. If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery.

Re-delivery charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and products immediately and message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for full details.
